The forgotten 'TODAY'

A day is gone and therez 1 more to come
and this would happen everyday
there was a dusk and there will be a dawn
but there wont be another 'today'

you're sitting quiet and thinking deep
and a frown designs the look on your face
maybe your past has shown up inside your head
and you would yearn for another warm embrace

it made you sad and left you there
to think of what the future holds
if you will really get in life,all those nice things
that fortune teller told

Wait! stop right there and smile a moment
think of what you have in mind
its now and its still here
but its slipping out of your palm like sand..

dont forget your 'today', my friend
dont let it leave your hand
think of it and enjoy it now
coz later you wont have this 'today' to spend...

A thought was born

while i walked the road

to the blank confines..

i didnt know, of who to hold

i knew i was lost

i had no clue

i could have let out a scream

and begged for a better view

but no voice, i realised

was left inside me

and i wanted to ask

to have am illion reasons to see

all hell broke loose

panik took me down

but i still didnt feel no tremor

and my face wouldnt frown

and nothing worked,

no way came out

i kept on looking

i continued to shout

finally, appeared there, in sight

a bug wid a butt of light

and i followd it untill the day dawned

coz i knew somewer, that it wud lead me right

The last time i looked back
I saw you nowhere..
Something made me wish then
For you to appear..

It should have made you,
To turn around once
To wait and think in your head
Some1z wanting fr you to come

But u walked to never return
And time kept moving
I kept looking, hope had made me numb

I waited for eternity
I waited till the end of time
Never stopped believing
You would come back n b mine

But you never came while,
my heart would beat;

And now u hover over my grave
Everyday you drop a flower and a tear
Perhaps wishing u had been a little more brave

The sky colour was ink
And the stars twinkled bright
The crescent moon made me think
About the beauty of the night

The moon shone a smile
And the stars looked ready to drop
Felt like cherubs would land
And make time come to a stop

Something about tonight
Felt special, it felt right
The universe was divine
Something was different about this night

Still laying there on the grass
And lookin at the face of the heavens above
Forever wishing it to last
There was power, that the cosmos drove.

left me so numb,
i dont think, i dont talk
you're smiling, coz i m dumb

outside , maybe the worldz fine
inside the bloodz stopped to flow
outside maybe the eyes are dry
inside, i'm murdered by them, just at a go

leave me, if you must
coz now i've stopped to care
and now i know well
to convince a bleeding heart of the unfair

now that you're gone
and makin me want to cry
now that you've won
and i'm here ,left to die

you've won, victorious as you are
burnt the hope inside me
ashed, powdered and crushed
darkened my vision, so i dont see..

and i dont care anymore..
i lay there and wait for life to pass by
coz now that you've won,
i'm here left to die

Do you see that star?

Its shining in the dark dark sky..

A little speck it happens to be..

Yet, its all that we can see..

When you dont have the sun..

And therez no warmth in the cold cold night,

Dont be scared, dont fret and run..

Coz therez a speck to tell you,

Its all so allright.
